- 3 Weekdays: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
About Us
We're looking for an energetic, dependable team member to join our front-end staff. You'll be the face of our bakery, helping customers while keeping the front of the store clean, stocked, and inviting. If you enjoy working with people in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you.
Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a friendly smile.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and accurately handle cash and credit card transactions.
- Assist customers with bakery, soup, frozen meal, pot pie, and bagel selections.
- Answer customer questions and make product recommendations.
- Package bakery items and prepare customer orders.
- Restock displays, coolers, and retail shelves throughout the day.
- Keep the front counter, dining area, and displays clean and organized.
- Brew coffee and maintain beverage stations as needed.
- Assist with opening and closing duties.
- Work as part of a team to provide an outstanding customer experience.
- Assist with sandwich making duties
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Able to work independently while staying productive.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 pounds.
- Previous retail or food service experience is helpful but not required—we're happy to train the right person.

About Us
McDuffies Bakery was born in 1976 with a plan to provide uncompromised quality baked goods to specialized retailers and foodservice organizations throughout the United States. Our first customer was the Marriott Corporation who used our shortbread cookies in their Hotel properties around the country. Hotels still account for a valuable part of our business in Las Vegas, New York, Miami, Atlantic City, Toronto and Dubai (United Arab Emirates).
The company is a family owned business operated by a father son team with about 20 employees. Still small enough to provide quality of products that the larger national companies can no longer provide but large enough to provide the stability that our customers require.
